Waste of money, DONT SPEND YOUR VACTION MONEY ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT MATTRESS—- 4 months and sagging in the middle . Mattress is loosing support in the middle , manufacture won’t answer email, dealer has no explanation why our mattress is not listed on the company website which is horrible website with no information needed .. ( guess its not in his control) . Told they will not refund money possibly only replace it with another mattress only if he decides it needs replace with another inferior product IMO . It is apparently a very expensive lesson …. Made in the USA doesn’t mean made well in the USA ….Read the reviews on the king size before you buy . Horrible purchase and will now be thrown away. JUST IMO …..
Buy a memory foam from a reputable company.
We bought this brand in a queen size for our fifth wheel camper. The best mattress choice for comfort and construction we could have made. Loved it so much, we bought the king size for our home with the foundation. That was five years ago and the mattress is like new and as comfortable as day one. I love that the mattress is flippable. We have purchased several brands over the years and the Imperial Executive beats them all.
This is the worst mattress I've ever had. We bought the top of the line, $1,700 King Size mattress, and after 1 year, it was broken down and dipping to the point that it was unable to be slept on. The local furniture store that we purchased it from replaced the mattress, but after another year, the second mattress was broken down to the same point.
At this point we contacted this company directly to simply tell them the situation with their mattresses, and they were very rude. We weren't even asking for a replacement, as we are tired of hauling this heavy mattress in and out of the house for replacements and installs, and will be purchasing another mattress from a different company. We were just calling to tell them that the mattresses we purchased only lasted about 18 months each. They tried to imply that it must have been our fault, that we must have had set it up incorrectly, and that we would have to jump through a lot of red-tape to ever be considered for any type of help. The furniture store owner had set up the bed himself with all appropriate supports, and he was also the one who replaced the first mattress with another one.
I would NEVER buy another mattress from this company, its "warranty" is supposed to be 10 years, but the mattress lasts less than 2 years. The company was very rude to us on the phone. It is overpriced for what it is and does not last.
If you like a Firm, Tall, Double Sided, Well made Mattress and don't mind a fair bit of motion transfer, this is a good buy.
It's Classified as Medium- Med Firm on website but is WAY TOO FIRM for us. I would say it is at least Firm.
