Bed has been horrible, fall off the side, excruciating back pain. Mattress seems to be slanted and off on one side. Called and emailed customer service for two years and no answer no response. Contacted president of company as well as every single person listed on their website for help, and still NOTHING. Not one single person contacted me to provide any assistance. I also asked for the name of the manufacturer that made the frame so I can buy the legs that broke off. Still no response. Worst mistake of my life buying from Hollandia. Had to mortgage my home to be able to afford to buy their entire bed system with frame, headboard, mattress, etc. as their listing said it was the best mattress in the world. What a joke!!!!!
