We purchased this mattress 3 years ago .for me and my wife .in the beginning when sleeping on it .it was perfect. But little by little we started waking up with back pain so bad .we had to go to the hospital just to get pain medacine.that didn't work .we are very very hurt and disappointed with the mattress. And was told it was a #1 item that we would not have problems with it .we are 2 hard working people that just wanted to come home from a long day at work shower and to sleep .but now it's so flat it has holes and WIRE TIPS SO SHARP sticking out .and I have kids all i need was someone getting hurt. We don't have much and and pay our mortgage and Bill's each month. We can't afford a mattress right now .but i think with all honesty the manufacture should help us out on a new one that's only right.im Reuben Gonzalez (323)359-3585 please find it in your heart to replace our wire mattress that can hurt our body
