We bought 2 mattresses so far. One was not a good fit despite sales lady's Best efforts to match. Customer service representative went beyond and over to help us and fix the situation after we purchased. Their products are amazing quality therefore pricey and exchange policy has to be somewhat limited. Everybody was super nice, patient, professional and knowledgeable. So we are extremely happy with the purchase.
