Keep adjusting

There is no number when adjusting air pressure so you don’t know how much air to add or release. This is where a sleep number trumps comfortaire. This mattress literally ruined my back. Now I sleep in a recliner which by the way is more comfortable. One side of air chamber stopped working after 1 1/2 years. I have to switch the hose from one side to other to adjust. Which I am always doing because it’s hard to get comfortable. I keep trying because of what I paid for this. Time to buy a adjustable bed.

Chambers are defective

I have had 3 air chambers and all have been defective. Last one did not last 10 months. Clearly a problem here.

Bummer!

Saved up all my cash to buy this mattress... One year in the air chamber failed. Customer service got a new one out almost two weeks later (Ya! Poor millennial sleeping on a floor again!). Now into the second year, my air chamber has failed AGAIN. Customer service is sending out a new one for free, how kind... Luckily I now have a couch. Saving up for a new mattress 2 years in. I wish it was avacado toast that kept me from affording a house...

Disappointed. Expected a longer lifespan.

For $1700 I would expect at least 15-20 years on this mattress versus the traditional 10 years. We've not even had it 10 years and have had two pumps replaced under warranty and new foam because mold had developed inside the mattress. We just had another pump failure which caused one side of the bed to completely deflate and the company will not honor a replacement. We could purchase a new pump for $250, or find a new mattress from a different company. Easy decision to make. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a mattress!

Save your money!

I purchased this bed in 2009. It's comfortable alright, but in the amount of time that I have owned it I have gone through 4 pumps. They pump up the bed, but won't hold the air. The pumps cost 299. each. I initially paid 1200.00 for the bed and just about every 2 years I need a new pump. They kind of go without warning and you wake up in a ditch or twisted like a pretzel. The pain that is relieved by the mattress when it's operational is quickly relived when this happens - More like a torture device! I just called them and they said they'll work with me and only charge me 249.99 for yet another pump. Keep it Comfortaire - I'll go invest my money in a mattress that's a lot less headache - literally!

Last mattress we'll ever buy.

"Bella model" of Comfortaire adjustable air mattresses has exceeded our expectations. Aside from changing the air number pressure from time to time to fit our moods, we have done nothing to this mattress. There are no dimples in this king sized mattress. There are no hot spots. Every night on this mattress is like the very first night -- heavenly. jim in detroit

Huge bump in the middle of king size bed! HORRIBLE

I will save many customers much AGGRAVATION... do NOT get the king beds that have the dark gray air chambers! They create a horrible lump in the middle and if you like to snuggle (or more intimate things) with your partner, it is VERY uncomfortable for one of you. I have dealt with Comfortaire for years on this and they always try to convince me there is nothing wrong. FYI - I own 2 of their beds and the one with the lighter gray chambers don't have the rim all the way around each "twin" chambers. That bed is basically fine. The air in both beds need to be refilled more often than I thought they would. We have tried to fix that by buying new pumps, etc, but it doesn’t completely solve the problem.

Just love it already

Just setup my GS900 a few days ago. It was definitely very easy to put together. I have already noticed the difference. Still testing different pressure levels. I purchased it because I was having back and pressure point problems on my old mattress. Love this new mattress.
