It’s like sleeping on a soggy mud filled rock bed!
We were told this mattress was amazing. The Nano coil support was suppose to keep you feeling like you were sleeping on a cloud and that it was such an amazing design with excellent support...Absolutely wrong! First of all... this mattress does not give you any kind of support what so ever! The mattress is designed with pocketed holes on top of the mattress that have these hard buttons sown in the middle of each pocket. It’s like sleeping on rocks! They press against your body so bad and cause you to go numb all over. I even questioned this when we made the purchase and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. Well trust me, it’s a major problem! Then they went on to say how good the nano support was. Wrong again! This bed sucks you in so deep that you can’t even move. It’s a workout just to roll over. And forget trying to get out of the bed! The bed makes you sink in so deep that we feel like we have a hill in the center of the bed. The whole design is absolutely awful! Not too mention, the bed is so heavy that it takes two grown men to turn or move the mattress. It’s such a serious struggle just to lift a corner to put sheets on the bed. I am so disappointed with badcock’s mattress. I do not recommend this set at all for anyone! I’m so hesitant to call Babcock back because I don’t want to get another credit from them in fear of their poor mattress designs they offer. Our first mattress with them was a legends and that was a defected mattress. We were able to get a store credit, but we were pretty much given no other choice, but to buy this King Stanhope mattress with the credit. I seriously think we were better off keeping the defected mattress and take our losses to shop around for a better designed mattress. I seriously would avoid this newer poorly designed mattress at all costs!

after less then 5 yrs normal use by a single male one of the air mattresses is leaking- when i contacted the warranty dept they said i had to have a receipt- i received the bed as a gift and do not have access to a receipt- they then said they would not cover anything and i would need to purchase items from another retail store- kinds sucks! this bed is TRASH! i would compare this bed to an average air mattress!
