We went out shopping for a medium firm mattress. The store we shopped at have very few mattresses available for testing. The salesman insisted the Lexington Firm (custom made label for his store) would be perfect for our needs.
It was like sleeping on a rock. Neither husband nor I slept a wink. Got rid of it after 1 night.
I have had this mattress for 7 months now and every morning I wake up with pain in my lower back. I only weight 165lbs. Even when I sleep on my side I am constantly tossing and turning throughout the night. Do not buy this mattress!!!!!!! I am in the process of looking for another matress.......$400 dollars down the toilet. Thanks capital mattress!!!!!. There are no Pros to this mattress only cons.
Wife wanted a new mattress, had good luck with Capital Bedding previously. Purchased Capital Bedding memory foam. Good for first year, then lost support in center. Made claim to supplier, found out that support is not covered under warranty, only sag with nothing on it. They came to check for wear, measured across top for sag. When I asked about loss of support, it was not covered. Replaced with 300.00 mattress from online. Hopefully we will get more than a couple years se before it fails.

My dad and I let the salesperson talk us into getting this mattress when we purchased my bedroom furniture. I regret not trying to talk my dad into getting a Serta from another location because now I'm having to buy one due to this mattress is leaning to one side on the edge. I did not check with the company on the warranty because I live in Virginia now and Capital Bedding is in Mississippi. I'm highly disappointed in the product and I wish I had never done this
Six year old bed, 1 joke of a warranty claim...replaced
We were sold a memory foam bed six years ago. The sales man recommended capitol. We trusted this gentleman and have regretted it since. It started out ok....ended up with two valleys and one hill. What I mean by this is where I lay, where my wife lays had a hill in the middle. We had it warrantied, what a joke. They do not replace the bed, they apparently just take it for a week and have it sit there....the bed they provided was a very painful bed to sleep on, which we actually ended up sleeping in guest room. Also the warranty process cost us 100.00 because we had to have the mattress picked up. We just got rid of the bed and replaced it with a Serta....My advice, find the mattress that fits you best, do not get talked into something by a salesman. Capitol may be the best for you, but it definitely was not for my wife and I.
When new, this was a great bed. After four years, it has lost the support that made it comfortable. The store we purchased it at sent us a warranty check sheet. The sheet explains that the mattress must sag a measured amount before they will repair or replace the mattress. Well, our bed does not "sag" enough to be repaired even though it has lost its ability to support.
I purchased this Capital Bedding mattress because of the Capital Bedding spring mattress that lasted me 15 years.
A friend of mine that researches product as a part of his job told me that all foam mattresses degrade and will not last through their warranty period. I wish I knew this before buying this last bed.
We purchased this mattress 17 years ago, and its still going strong. Definitly increased the quality of our sleep. There are no body impressions, lumping, or seams coming apart. We had purchased 3 other mattress before this one, each one only lasting a maximum of 3 years. This is definitly a Great Mattress!
