This bed as we were told that it would have to be turned upside-down once every 6 months and we are turning it once every 3 weeks. This is not what I expected. We did let the store salesman know he spoke to the owners and he stated that they could not do anything other the come and turn the bed once. We tried several beds from Cantwell before this last bed and the price was extremely high for the quality. Very Poor Quality.
Spent over $1600.00 on mattress from well-known competitor which only lasted 5 months! Did research and it definitely paid off! Reuben was professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I slept great from the first night on. No adjustment to new mattress at all.

My experience with the mattress is awesome. But I knew it would be, because I have purchased with Cantwell before and was satisfied. A few family member has also purchase with them and are completely satisfied. The mattress is of great quality and comfort that if a person could stay in bed all day long they would. The service was superior as always. I purchased a split queen adjustable bed and the only regret is that I did not purchase it before. Awesome mattress and customer service..
This mattress was bought for my daughter. As a teenager she actually always said she loved her bed. It is now in the "guest room" (2005 to current). One friend says - normally I cannot fall sleep without a TV on in the room, but I know when I sleep in Pam's bed I will fall asleep easily and get a great night's rest.
