I bought this from Costco assuming it is going to have an acceptable quality, this was the worse mattress I have ever had.
Customer support was one of the worst I have seen and they have changed the name of the company to cannon mattress. I guess that is their business model.
We had this mattress 2 year when we justs couldn't take it one more night. So I called Mark Blake owner of Matterss Store in Merced and Atwater Ca. He listened to the problem and said they would replace it. That was Great we thought our problem was solved. They brought out a new mattress which was not the same frimest and was really too soft and was a lot lighter then the first one we bought. The first mattress was very hard to pick up to put the fitted sheet on. This one that they bright is really light. I can feel my husband get out of bed and when we are in bed togather we roll towards each other. I called the Mattress Store and Cannon, the mfg. and was told they couldn't help us. So we are stuck with a mattress we can not use. Now we have to purchase another from a competitor.

After about a year, this mattress will sag. It will get uncomfortable, and ultimately need to be returned. This has a 10 year, 10 year, and 0 prorate. However, your retailer needs to send it back to Cannon, and they have to make up their mind on whether to repair, or replace. I am still in limbo. I want a refund!

I bought a full for myself, I weigh 110. Then my bf and I moved in and he is twice my size. So it's too small for the both of us to be comfortable. So now we are looking for a queen. But I'd say it's a good bed for one person, one person under 150lbs that is. My bf doesn't feel that he gets the support he needs from the bed.
Also, I give it a 3 because of the comfort, support, durability, and value ratings. before I moved out of my parents house, I spent on a 4-5 star bed that was triple the cost. I guess that's why I bought that affordable bed. It reminded me of my old great mattress for a fraction of the price.
I would recommend this bed for someone just getting started, like myself.

Husband just bought this bed two years after we got another bed from Oak Liquidators as a gift from the inlaws. The bed Jordan EuroTop is SO comfortable. We both have bad backs and have been suffering with our old bed for two years. The bed is both soft and still very supportive. It have a foam top instead of a cotton or other filler that shifts and bunches. The bed transfers almost no motion, and is just wonderful. I wish I never had to get out of bed!
