I have been in severe pain from this mattress from day one. It has caused deterioration of the spine. I am being treated by my neurologist for a spine now almost ready for surgery. A brace has been ordered. The x-rays are bad. The $10,000 adjustable bed my friend bought to help me last month, a floor model at a show he told us it would be great for my neuropathies. He now tells us, which my too 65 year old friend, I the same age barely able to move with my walker, his message today was: “ we can’t really do anything with them due to our Covid regulations after a mattress enters into someone’s home. What would be nice i you contacted your local church or charity. What didn’t work for you might do wonders for someone else. I’m sure that would make them and you feel good.”
Started off good but 3 yrs in, this mattress is uncomfortab
3 yrs in, we are experiencing dips in the mattress. Very loud squeaks when sitting or laying down. Not happy at all with the product and store had gone out of business. A mattress should last more than 4-5 years.
