This bed has given me the sleep of my life. Its comfortable, stable, and provides the individual adjustments you would expect from these selectable air beds. It has presented a couple of problems, but nothing unusual for a system of this age.
I bought this second hand from a friend who was downsizing. It had a slow leak in one of the bladders that required inflating every couple of days. The control system had individual connected paddles and one worked poorly. I replaced the controller with a remote box and I'm very happy with the system. I would recommend this brand, but I'm sure this model (Suprena) is no longer made.
Promises of quality, warranty...only to be disappointed.
Air mattress marketed as competitor to the national brands, e.g. sleep number. Air pump failed after 4 years. One air chamber has developed leaks due to poor manufacturing (air hose attachment point to mattress and another leak at a faulty seam).
Warranty contact made with manufacturer...no response. After reading the fine print of the "25 year warranty", the pro-rated coverage is worthless since it is based on an imaginary "retail price."
Ended up purchasing aftermarket/other branded air pump at much lower cost than oem replacement. And purchased a brand new air chamber from another manufacturer, again at much lower cost.
