Never go back...to coils

I'll never again have a traditional inner-spring mattress & box spring set. Despite the fact that this mattress is very heavy & unwieldy, I like the sleep I get. Changing the sheets is more difficult, but worth the effort. My experience in ordering the Latex mattress was uneventful, and occurred as advertised. I had no problems, so I don't know how the customer service handles troubles. This was a huge investment for me, being retired on a fixed income, but I believe there'll be no regrets. So far, so good; it's been long enough to know I like the mattress. I have mine on the softer side, rather than the firmer side. Recently I had shoulder replacement surgery so the softness is preferred.
