Not for side sleepers

We ordered this mattress b/c we were sleeping way too hot on our previous one. Goodbed suggested this would be a good match for us, and the online reviews seemed good. Overall not a good experience - customer service was spotty, mattress delivery was a pain to schedule, and unfortunately the mattress itself was uncomfortable. Even on the luxury plush slide, i was unable to side sleep without causing shoulder problems and hip aching. Temperature was only mildly better than our previous, still too much on the hot side. Overall very disappointing. We returned it but had to pay the $100 shipping costs which we knew would be a possibility. Ended up going instead with Nest's Hybrid luxury countour - SO much better, great customer service. It's like night and day for us
