clouds are hard and bumpy so this fits that description

I thought this bed would improve our sleep quality but it has not. I called about concerns and was told to give it some more time as we'd been traveling so much after receiving the mattress. What I wasn't told was that our time to return or exchange the mattress would also expire. They did send us a mattress topper, which has helped some, but the mattress is still much more firm than we anticipated. We've added another organic topper but may need to add a foam topper or something else. It is to have a soft side, but both sides are the same. When the mattress originally arrived the delivery people had no clue which side was which as they both seemed the same. There is a mark on the mattress to identify which we did locate.
