Initially a wonderful mattress but degraded quickly

For the first few years the mattress was wonderful but after 5 years we have substantial body impressions. My wife and I are not heavy people and we have rotated the mattress repeatedly over the years. When I contacted Zedbed they referred me to Sears where we bought the mattress. Sears offered to replace the mattress but turns out they don't carry Zedbeds anymore (Hmm...wonder why?) and they only have one type of foam mattress which of course is never in stock. So we're left high and dry with a saggy mattress and a warranty that isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Also had the same issue and now Sears is gone. Zedbed will not honour warranty.

I should have included that Zedbed did offer to sell us another mattress at cost plus tax plus shipping. ;-)

Hi I purchased this electric mattress ZEDBED for 6000$ it is not a good matress at all ! I’m so disappointed. The service at ZEDBED is not good at well. They never do nothing. They ask me to deal with my seller which is Brault et Martineau and b&m told me to deal with ZEDBED. So I still have this bed in my spare room because they did not do nothing for me. I used it for only a year. I have a good Simmons now. I have tested the service before I bough it and so far it seem to be very good. I would never suggest ZEDBED it a big big headhack !
