Did not meet expectations

I contacted Wink prior to buying my mattress to ask about the luxury firm mattress. I was replacing a Stearns & Foster firm and am a predominantly side sleeper. This is a very firm mattress, and very heavy (hard for one person to rotate) . After several months, I noticed that my hips and sometimes my shoulders were stiff in the morning. I contacted Wink and asked if this was abnormal wear over time and do I have to put a mattress topper on the bed. They responded with an apology, said that if I wanted to purchase another mattress I could at half price, and included a link to a mattress topper being sold on Amazon.
