My mattress was scheduled for delivery 8 days ago and they don't seem to be able to find a company who can deliver it and haul away my old mattress as promised (and paid for). They didn't bring it on the promised day, and it still is not re-scheduled for delivery. I seen to get a different excuse each time I talk to someone. Ready to call me credit card company for a refund and give up. Last Winkbed customer service rep was not friendly and constantly talked over me as I was trying to explain my problem. Just be ready for delivery trauma.
