Best mornings since I was a teenager!

We were in desperate need of a new mattress for our painful backs. My boyfriend had seen the purple bed advertisement, but after realizing it was more of a marketing scheme with questionable quality, we began our month long delve into the mattress world. We narrowed it down to the Saatva or Winkbed (we tried the bed in a box route and it didn't go well), and went with Winkbed given the interesting technology, good reviews and they seemed like a company that cared. Ordering was super easy. We called to order to get the $100 veteran discount (my boyfriend's back is so bad due to jumping out of planes in the military). They did not try to sell us anything, it was cordial and to the point. Winkbed contracts out for delivery, so I cannot blame them for the lack of communication we received from the delivery company. The tracking was not updated and we did not receive a call saying they were coming to deliver (good thing my boyfriend works at home on the ranch). We got the mattress all set up on our box spring from Serta, and it is tall like many people mentioned (I like this though). This mattress is FIRM on the first night (we purchased the soft bed). Within a week though, it was breaking down to a "softer" feel. This mattress is not one of those melt in bed types (I tried those and they felt awful by morning). This mattress is one where you roll over in the morning and your back pops and it feels amazing!! It may not be super comfy, but it's supportive and I feel like I can move again instead of waking up stiff. I used to go to the chiropractor every 4 weeks. I am currently on week 9 and still doing pretty good. My only concern with this bed is that it has a slight sinking feeling when my boyfriend and I spoon in the middle (my boyfriend and I are around 130 and 180 pounds for reference). This is not a problem now, but I'm a little worried how this bed will hold up over time. The edges are great and firm though. We are at the end of our trial period, and we have decided to keep it and find out how it holds up!
