Horrible experience with this mattress

I bought this mattress after being talked into the concept that memory foam was great for the body. I noticed the overwhelming heat immediately. Sleep has not been the same ever since. One year later, I sank into the bed as usual and turned my neck on the pillow. What it felt like was as if my body had been held captive while my neck was able to relax and turn in an unnatural way. After surgery, my surgeon said he had not seen anything like it in such a physically strong person with no neck complaints. As the years went on, I kept having more and more aches and pains. I noticed hip and leg pain. I would experience off and on back pain that would always improve when we traveled. I recently had a car accident which resulted in a shoulder and whiplash injury. One and a half years later, I wake up multiple times in pain. It was very interesting that I had much better sleep and many less aches when sleeping in a different bed. I even tried to sleep on the sofa and noticed it was better. My bed leaves a huge indention where I sleep and I have found myself off the pillow and almost off the bed because of the way it slants. My previous mattress had been much cheaper and much more comfortable. There was no heat although the room was much warmer due to ducting issues in my old home. Overall, I feel that this bed has aged my body and caused significant sleep deterioration. I have gained thirty pounds and want it to stop. I recently contacted the company and will be awaiting a response soon.
