Vivon is a nightmare!!!! I I just purchased two Vivon mattresses for a vacation rental unit. When the order arrived, the box springs looked normal, but the mattresses were decompressed and rolled up into a bag. The delivery guy said they are all shipped that way and the mattresses would immediately begin to decompress when they were opened. Well, it was immediately apparent there was a problem. The mattresses were decompressing unevenly. It is now way over the 48 hour mark (4 days have passed) that they say is required for full decompression and I have a friggin' boat sitting on top of the box springs. One of the mattresses only decompressed around the outside and the other mattress still has a small bowl-shaped depression. I have tenants arriving in one day and the furniture company can't do anything until Vivon comes out to inspect the mattresses. Even after the inspection, I can't get replacements for at least 2 weeks to 40 days. Of course, when they give you a time frame we all know which side it will fall on....probably 50 days. Guess I've lost these tenants for any future bookings (unless they decide to use the mattresses as a raft) . THANKS A LOT FOR NOTHING VIVON!

I have sold Vivon for 2 years now. My experience is very different. I take a picture of the defect and a picture of the law tag and text it to my Vivon rep. He has a replacement shipped to me in 2 days. It sounds as if the retail location where you purchased and not Vivon were the "nightmare" in this case.
