This company is patently dishonest, and once you've entered the mousetrap you will regret it. This mattress has caused us pain and stiffness but lately it is sagging and warped. We are not large people so I am very disappointed considering the cost more than $3000 and now it is too heavy to move out to the trash. Their guarantee is just a trick they won’t honor once your mattress has the signs of being wear. 30 years back pain guarantee !
