Like sleeping on my floor

I’ve had expensive hybrids, traditional inner springs and pillow tops. I have chronic pain all over my body but my worst pain comes from my spine and hips due to arthritis, degeneration, bone loss etc etc. so my situation is a little unique. That being said, I am shocked at this bed. It came quickly, expanded very quickly and it squished down with just enough firmness and bounce that I was very optimistic...until I laid down. I couldn’t believe it. It was like laying on my hard wood floor. I have tried several different positions and pillow adjustments and I wake up in the middle of the night crying from pain that was worse than when I laid down. I’m so disappointed by this mattress and I don’t know if it’s just my overall situation or that this mattress just isn’t for me but almost $1,000 to feel like I’m sleeping on my floor and have worse pain isn’t for me.
