My 1st therapedic was replaced after 3 months due to sleeping in a hole. Mistake made by purchasing the same mattress again(who would have thought it could happen again.) My husband and I noticed we were sinking again but waited a year to call the furniture company. Not that it mattered. They measure your mattress and tell you it has sunk an inch, not enough for any kind of credit. The mattress should be measured after you get out of bed, trust me it is more than an inch. My husband and I are sleeping in craters and we are not big people. We both have back and hip pain from this nightmare mattress. Calling Sleep International was a waste of time, THEY DO NOT CARE. The customer service rep was a cold fish. All we wanted was a fair savings on a better mattress(which we should have bought from the start). I was told I could bring the mattress to their company in Tampa and they would look at it. We live in Citrus County. Of course they would measure an inch by the time we lugged it up the Suncoast parkway. The Therapedic pillowtop mattress is a nightmare and I will never deal with Sleep International again.
