I have another, king size tempur-pedic, also purchased firm. it has become soft over time, but the warranty only kicks in if the mattress develops a 3/4 inch or more sag, and acording to the warranty, there is no help if it just gets soft. This new twin size got soft MUCH MUCH quicker than my other one. They must have changed the construction since then. I am very disappointed. Also, it turns out that I was supposed to get a TV with this purchase, but the salesperson never mentioned that, and I did not find out about it (from a friend who saw the TV ads) until it was long over. Despite all this, they are both still the best mattresses for my bad back.
