Warranty

When I purchased this mattress it was under LIFE TIME warranty. I have tried to file a claim after less than 1 year of having the mattress and they kept making up excuses as to what I WAS DOING wrong. Here I am 5 plus yrs into it and I cannot get out of the bed because it feels as if I have sunken to the floor. I called again to have someone to come and look at the mattress to see what was going on and they said they do not do this anymore. Try these tests and take pictures and send them to us. So I did... They said it was NOT BAD ENOUGH TO REPLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just recently called again and told them I had to go to BED BATH and Beyond to purchase a foam thinner mattress to place on top of my bed so I can get out of it. The warranty Dept told me this time they would have someone come over to take a look at it....no phone calls as of yet. So so very frustrated with this mattress I cannot see straight. I really hope they follow through this time. I will keep you posted. Sue whos back hurts all of the time. I weigh 115lbs.

I had exactly the same experience. I bought a firm King size rhapsody breeze mattress as i need good back support. But over the 6 years I’ve owned it it’s become soggy and i can’t sleep through the night because of the neck and back pain. And it hurts to get up in the morning. If I sleep on other mattresses I don’t have this problem. Tempurpedic customer care insisted that warranty doesn’t cover this issue because it doesn’t show on the ‘broom stick sag test’ that they insist on. While the sag doesn’t show on this testy, when you put your hand or any pressure on the surface you can feel that it’s different and soggy feeling. I feel duped having paid over $4000 for the mattress.

The same SAGGING occurred for us as well and Tempurpedic DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! This was our second Tempurpedic mattress and we were very happy with the first one. We recommended this company to so many friends. NOW WE REGRET IT!! We will NEVER purchase another mattress from them EVER AGAIN.
