Great comfort but too High

My dad bought these beds for my mom and himself. My mom was immobile and dad was just old. They both liked firm mattresses. The only real problem they had with the beds was that they were too high. My mom couldn’t get into the bed and dad feared she would fall out so we took the legs off. Better for my mom but now too low for dad as he need help getting up. My mom slept comfortably on the bed for three years before she passed. Dad opted to sleep in his old queen bed until he passed. The great thing about the bed is the way I contours to your body. It makes a mold of you. When you would turn at night, it took a few minutes for the memory foam to catch up but when it did, you were perfectly cradled. I should have just purchased new shorter legs for the bed. Dad would benefited from the comfort and support.
