I'd Turn Back if I Were You!

The middle of the bed started bulging out and the lever system completely cracked, with a hard piece of plastic or metal poking out from the side. I made numerous calls to Robin and the owner of Strobel who completely ignored me. Finally after almost 1 year, I was told I had to disassemble the bed myself and they would send a new set of levers for me to try to assemble and completely "rebuild" the mattress. I had only owned the bed for approx. 3 years and my husband and I are both very slender. There was no reason for the bed to fail and the lack of response, then the inappropriateness of the mfg. not standing behind the warranty was a nightmare. I had purchased several beds from them in the past for interior decorating purposes, and would have thought they would have valued my business, but they obviously did and do not. Unless you want to be responsible for build a bed yourself, I would pass on this Company's products.
