1st - WATCH OUT! These guys will sweet talk you & make you think all is grand. The reality is when they actually "build" your mattress in their "factory" in the back of the building, the guys doing it are a pair of stoners that can barely tie their own shoes. They do NOT use the top-quality materials found in Serta, Simmons, Seale Posturpedic, etc & that is exactly why their price is so much lower. Save yourself a LOT of money, sorrow, time & hassle. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Buy a name brand mattress set at the higher price & you will be FAR ahead to start with! Liars, scammers & cheats! I will NEVER darken their door again.

You made me a VERY LOW QUALITY PRODUCT, then took my money & RAN LIKE THE LIAR YOU ARE when I tried to get warranty help. So, what kind of B.S. are you going to try & feed everyone now?
