I hurt all over, every morning.

The first week we owned this bed, there were 2 body shaped divots where we slept. Someone told us it would even out over time, so we waited.  When my back pain became intolerable, I called the store where we made our purchase, DUBOISE IN WACO, TX, and they wouldn't replace it, because it had been 31 days since our purchase, and they only have a 30 guarantee.  This is no inexpensive bed.  Don't waste your money.  The body imprints have only worsened over the year. We both wake up achy, unrested, and frustrated that we are stuck with this piece of junk.  The mattress I bought in college at a garage sale was better.

    Sealy offers a 10-year warranty on their mattresses. Sterns and Foster is a part of Sealy. Please call Sealy customer support and let them know that Dubois would not help you in filing a warranty claim (even though it has been a few years). Unless the store has gone out of business, it is obligated to help you with that claim. Sealy needs to know what Dubois is doing on these mattresses!!! My mattress did the same thing and they 'lost' the pictures they took.
