I would never recommend this bed or Sleep Country to anyone. Huge waste of money, so TERRIBLY ncomfortable around the one year mark, sore backs, necks, hips... Sleep Country sent out a 'technician" who used a level and ruler, that has no real measuable pressure to make the 'reading' accuarate. I think it is open to interpretation, and the 1.5' was not measured, even though we find it impossible to roll in the bed. I called back 6 months later to have them come out again, and was told they'd call back to discuss it, never heard from anyone for several weeks. When I called again, then again, it only rang and rang. Finally on the 3rd try, I got a voice mail, where I left a message, ad nobody called back. A few weeks later, I tried again, and same thing. Terrible, Crappy service.
