12 days after purchasing this bed, I had it exchanged (during store warranty period) as the bed was actually trying to swallow me. I could lay on the bed and eventually, I sunk in so low, I couldn't turn over without reaching for the edge or my headboard frame and pulling myself up and out of the hole my body had created. The exchanged bed came with only the remaining two days of the original store warranty which gave me no time to actually experience it but it seemed to be OK. During the following three weeks, I once again began to drop into the sink hole each and every night until I gave up and began sleeping on a 10 year old couch which sags but seems much more comfortable than this expensive mistake. I've called warranty and now I wait to see what their response will be. After reading so many complaints and finding the BBB has graded Spring Air a "F", I can only pray and believe they will do right by me and refund my money. One can believe right! $1K to sleep on an old sofa....something is not right with this picture.
