I am so disappointed with this mattress and could kick myself for wasting my money. I will never again buy a pillow top mattress from Spring Air or from any other mattress manufacturer. The fact that I had spent so much money a product and it only lasts for about a year is just troublesome and the Spring Air company should be ashamed. If you can't find a way to make your product worth every dime your customers pay for it - it should be taken off of the market.

You want to tell us why it was bad? That review is worthless.
Bought a queen and full sized set of 5/0 relief plush w 10 year warrantys on each set ,personally knew the salesperson and he recommended them. They felt wonderfull to sleep on but the queen absolutely did not hold up . It began to sink in the middle( after about 9 months, enough it made your back tweek if two slept next to each other in the middle as most users prob. would. Then around the 4 1/2 year mark a spring could be heard popping , now it's junk and the warranty never held because there was no fifth leg in the center of the bed, which I was not aware would have to be inplace to give the warranty.( this will not work with my bed ) also the $70.00 mattress cover that prevented stains also did not work and would not hold up to warranty. save your money . And let me know if you can find a good quality mattress with the same type of warranty to stand behind it. I've lost alot of sleep on this one.
This mattress bad because it began to sink in the middle only after one month. The dip was more than two inches deep. The fact that I stated this worthless is because just as almost every other mattress that's sold today, you can't flip it over. Only turn it from head to toe. It shouldn't have a dip at all after only one month, and for the price they sell these mattresses for, they should last way past the 10 year warranty that's offered.
I had the same problem with mine, I am not a fatty either. I weight 190 and am 6'0. There is such a low point in it that it's difficult to bother adjusting to another spot to get more comfortable.
Now that hotels and resorts have them, I hate them and end up sleeping on the floor. I am only 155, 5'9" and in good shape, and they create more pain and discomfort.
