Short term mattress

I purchased my first Grand Palace king size mattress several years ago. It lasted just over a year and begin to lose support significantly. Began process of filing a warranty claim. After a few months the mattress was evaluated and found to meet replacement requirements. A (new?) mattress was eventually delivered. It's been just over a year and I am having the same sagging, support issue. I reached out to a representative via email..he never responded. SO...back to the store to begin warranty process again...

Reading all the negative reviews for Chattam & Wells is giving me second thoughts about purchasing a king size mattress from this label. So, too pricey, poor quality, workmanship and poor customer service is a huge turnoff.
