We bought this new mattress at Mattress Firm and they said it was the last model they had at a reduced price. In the showroom, it felt great and laid nicely. Sold as is, no warranty. But every morning with aches and pains for a week was too much. We thought we had to get used to it but could not. This mattress is not recommended by us.

The Annabelle mattress is not sold at Mattress firm, it is sold on Costco.com furthermore we only have our Chattam and Wells product in Indiana. Please advise if you really got it at mattress firm, and if you did it is not one of our products.
Yes, we did buy it at Mattress Firm in Marion, Indiana. It was a floor model and had NO WARRANTY.

Please check the tag again, we do not sell them a mattress called the Annabelle

Also a warranty wouldn’t help in this situation, it sounds more like a comfort exchange than a defective mattress.
