Rotated monthly with major low spots

We purchase this mattress November of 2019. We spent alot of money on this, for us spending $3300 on just a mattress was unthinkable. My wife had back and hip surgery and we were trying to find something that was a good fit for both. We rotated the mattress per the manufacturers website, it was like every 2-3 weeks for the first month and then once a qt...something like that. Within six months I was back at the place we purchased it and was told to rotate every month, it would even out. It got to the point that we purchased a separate bed for wife so she could actually get comfortable. It was a Beauty Rest Black label (something like that) and she loves it. I'm stuck on this bed that has low spots on all four sides. I move to the center and it's like I'm on an island. It's been the worst mattress experience ever. In less than 4 years we have spent over $6000.00 on mattress. One other thing I called in September of 2020 and I was told that I was stuck because of covid and there was nothing anyone could or would do. I guess this mattress is no match for a 200 lb man. Buyer Beware.

    Drew, we are very sorry that you had a bad experience on a Spink and Co mattress. Can you tell me who you talked to because I am certain that nobody at Spink and Co told you that you were out of luck due to Covid, was it the retailer? We are going to have a product issue every now and then but we stand by our quality so if there is a defect your mattress is under warranty!
