Extraordinary service. Great experience. Great product too

The folks at Spindle Mattress built us a custom product that was great to begin with. That purchase included a topper. When I found sleeping a bit warm - which was entirely due to the compliance of the topper, which we otherwise liked, they custom made a new cover for the topper to solve my issue. The cost to them in time and material was non-trivial. The new custom cover was all organic cotton and wool. And the making of such a cover for the topper was a one-off special. The charge to us? No charge. And the bed is perfect. Oh yes, and our total cost for the mattress and topper - by dealing directly with the manufacturer - was less than half of what similarly constructed products sell for through retailers. This is a top-notch product, with world-class service, at phenomenal savings.
