Sleeptronic Dream ( Actually a pricey Nightmare now) mattress was purchased in 10/2011.Bed was very comfortable up to a couple if nights ago other than if you went to the middle you were climbing up hill.I could live with that.Now the insides are buckling on one side and of course the warranty is null and void because a couple of buttons have been pulled off.I have had other brands of mattresses that buttons have come off and did not effect the Mattress structure .I paid 2034.00 with finance charges.I will not buy or reccomend a Sleeptronic mattress.I know what I'm getting for Christmas.

Mine purchased 5/2011 has done the same thing. What started off as comfort is now the worst mattress. You climb out of a hole all night.
These are the most poorly made products I have ever seen I truly wish I had stayed with a Beauty Rest as my old one was 15years old before I purchased a new one never sagged one bit
I agree we bought our mattress(no box spring have platform bed) less than a year ago and already sleep in "holes". I have rotated as required every other month and still sink into the bed we paid close to 700.00 for this nightmare. NEVER again will we purchase a Sleeptronic product nor recommend this brand to any one.
I have had the same problem.we bought a new sleeptronic bed for our granddaughter who is 13 years old.we have had the matress for less than a year.I did get a replacement from the store I bought the bed from,then the next day I received a call saying I have to bring the new mattress back.the lady that runs the store said there was a stain on the old matress,she looked at the matress when we returned it,and gave us another matress.i called sleeptronic in Texas and was told they will not take a returned mattress if it has stains.anyway I told him it was against the law for them to sell a used mattress without it being cleaned,he informed me they were not going to resale the matress at this point I said ok if you aren't going to sell the mattress again why would it matter if there was a stain.(which there was no stain) All the man from sleeptronic kept saying was it's policy not to take back mattresses if there was a stain.you just can't talk to these people bottom line I will never buy anything else made by this company.and the lady at the store that replaced the mattress called me and said she would make me a good deal on the matress she let me take to replace the bad one.well excuse me I'm not paying for something that was suppose to be under warranty.please stay away from any store that sells SLEEPTRONIC.
