The idea of picking ea side was great. My wife firmer layered, me softer, but this was all for naught as the cover/encloser to keep the bed together (8 pieces, four ea side) takes the cloud-like feeling of sleeping on latex and turns it to sleeping on a trampoline. The cover should be thin and stretch, much like the temporpedic cover that this bed replaced, so you can actually feel the latex...this cover they send is too thick and feels like burlap. So I have to figure a way to replace it or live with it, but I'm already trying to figure out an idea. They should know better. THey also changed specials and although they gave me an additional 100 off, they also should have given me pillows as coupon puts them back for free.

I do not recall this review and upon attempting to update it, the system constantly gives me error codes. It is possible I wrote it as the company tried to make me happy by allowing me to purchase a cover from another company that would make me happy. However, I do feel obligated to inform people that the cover (s) they use do ruin the mattress feel. The experience was torture to change this bed several times and a back breaker. So, if I can change the review, I will but I doubt the Sleeping Organic will like the new review either...

They clearly own the product and there would be no other way that their review could have gotten here.
No I wrote it. I had just gotten out of hospital after a week in ICU trying not to die. I didn’t recall at the time as I wrote a few reviews and didn’t recall this one. The owner did his best to satisfy me and reimbursed me for an other brand cover. I didn’t expect that to be hush money. The latex is great as I stated, just need to refine the cover

I am reading all I can about this company & product, and so far, the cover seems to be the only drawback. I have a question for KO: Where are you getting your new cover from? I have also researched Plush Beds "Botanical Bliss" and was impressed by their cover.
