Package originally arrived missing a piece of the support frame, called and had it delivered the very next day. Sleeps well, even after 3 years. The only issue we had was for one of the adjustment controls. Called customer support, they asked me to complete certain steps while they were on the phone with me, then sent out a new controller the same day (arrived in 2 days). Have not had to call back for any issues since then. I would not go back to a traditional mattress ever - as long as I have the choice.
