Bad Springs cause indentations not the pillow top!

WE could not get any satisfaction with the Simmons in Charlotte so we dropped the complaint. We took and cut off the pillow top and found it WAS NOT the pillow top but the springs! Once the pillow top was off we could see the inferior springs and that they were the cause. You could see that the springs were sagging in the same place that we thought the pillow top was the problem! In other words the pillow top was fine, it is the springs that were causing "body impressions" in the pillow top. We will be replacing the mattress. What a piece of crap an awful company to deal with!
