I am 6 years into a 10-year warranty. SImmons voided my warranty because of a stain that had absolutely nothing to do with the quality of their product. The mattress dips and hurts my back. Be aware they do not honor their warranty unless the mattress is pristine. No matter how small the stain or where it is located, you are out of luck. How nice for them.

I've worked for several big name mattress companies and none of them will take back a mattress with a stain. This is for health reasons. This is normal practice. Also, ALL new mattresses will develop a body impression. Unlike older mattresses, the newer ones are made with several inches of flexible polyurethane foam that conforms to your body over time. If you have excessive sagging the problem could be with your foundation or bed frame.
They won't honor the warranty because you've got a stain on the mattress. That's in the small print if you buy any mattress, doesn't matter what company. Do more research before you place judgement.
Yes, I now know about the fine print but the point I was trying to make is that any mattress older than a few years will have some kind of stain, it is almost impossible for it to be in pristine condition which is an EASY OUT for the mattress seller's contract, isn't it. Don't criticize me for a contract not worth its salt. You guys are cheats. The mattress sucks and my back hurts and there are dips in it deeper than 1-1/2" but your "guy" that was sent made sure to not register anything but less than 1-1/2". What a rip off. By the way I was not given the opportunity for an appeal. You refused to send anyone esle out to re-examine the mattress. I stand by my criticisms.
