You say it's "Way too soft". Did you not try it in the store?

My husband and I both tried it in the store and it felt fine. After a month there were deep impressions where we laid.Called the store and they said it would bounce back by morning and initially it did. But soon after the impressions were there permanently. We are both average weight. We did not buy the additional warranty so we are stuck with a crappy mattress. We are both in our 60's and have bought other mattresses before.

I had the same problem. I bought this before my neck surgery and initially the bed was great. Three years later it sags in the middle and is just horrible. I am single and weigh 100 pounds so the thought that I could make indentations on a mattress that is 'firm' with 800 coils is ridiculous. A lot of money down the drain on this one. Slumberland ignores several outreaches via email and phone regarding my complaints.
