My husband and I generally like a firm mattress, but something about this mattress gives support in all the wrong places. I wake up daily with a sore back. Generally it goes away in an hour or so and I go back to bed at night w/o a backache, just to wake up the same. If I sleep on my side, my shoulder and hip hurt in the a.m. I really wish we hadn't listened to the Macy's salesman that we have to "become accustomed to a new mattress for 2 weeks". BS! This mattress was awful from day 1 and we should have called them on it. Do Not Buy this mattress!
