The mattress is 9 months old and has over two inches of sag (as measured by company tech) on both sides. My wife and I are not big people so this is unexpected. Definitely not worth the $1379 purchase price. We will see how good the non pro-rated 10 year warranty really is.

Same happened toy husband and I, we also bought the mattress from RTG. Had the mattress a year and have over 2 inches of sag and we're waiting to find out how RTG is going to handle the claim....
We bought a king size beauty rest recharge world class mount laurel plush pillow top mattress/box spring from rooms 2 go, 10/30/2014...HORRORABLE MATTRESS!!!... has perminant dips on both sides and giant hump in the middle which happened almost immediately after purchase and is getting worse. We haven't had a good nights sleep in 3 1/2 years. Would have complained long ago, but certainly don't want another replacement and I'm sure they won't refund the total price paid. Would love to throw it out! But can't afford to buy another mattress. We recently bought a 3 inch mattress topper and that still didn't help. Worse quality ever! Would give this mattress, the Simmons company and rooms 2 go (0) stars for producing and selling such a inferior product....you should all be ashamed of yourselves for scamming the consumers!!!
