I have never heard of buying a mattress and have it sink down in just two weeks. I called RTG and they sent a technician out to examine it. They replaced the mattress and I had worse problems with the second one. The entire edge sinks in a maybe 6". Either RTG gets defective merchandise, or there is absolutely the worst quality control by Simmons. I am so disgusted as this is going on since May. All I wanted was to purchase a mattress, that I could sleep in and be comfortable on, AND NOT COLLAPSE. RTG advised me to go and select a different mattress. What an inconvenience.

I have the exact same problem. My husband is going to call the "support" people to see what can be done. My back is ten times worse since I bought this mattress for over $2000.! I will post our progress.
I bought the Ponevedra mattress at RTG in May during a memorial day sale for $555, supposedly on sale. It has been the most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on. It began to sink within a month. I had to roll upward out of bed since the edges were higher than the middle. The mattress was replaced just yesterday, but it is still uncomfortable. It is supposed to be a plush, but I feel like I am sleeping on a firm. I was told to call the service department if it sinks again.
