I have had mattress replaced once and after a short 3 months it now has severe depressions where we sleep. We of of average weight so that is not issue. I have a mattress much older that does not have depressions like this one 3 months old. Mays has been good but will not get beatyrest again!

I had the exact problem. I knew after a month it was bad but my schedule didn't allow for someone to come look at the bed until I had it 9 months. The inspector said it was defective and I was offered an upgraded model of the firm, pillowtop Allie bed. Now not after a month this one is doing the same thing. I like a firm bed and this is not it. Someone is coming today to inspect this one and I will not be replacing it with this model again.
