This was supposed to be the top of the line mattress at Sears. with in a month i started to feel sagging in various spots. I called Sears to complain about the quality, but because I didn't notify them within the 60 day window, the refused to replace. They will not send anyone out to look at it. They wanted pictures, so I sent them. they said there were stains- which there is NONE. My camera cast shadows so the denied the claim. The mattress is soo bad, I had to buy a new one while still paying off this one. The lumps/sagging is everywhere. I am not a heavy person so that was not the cause. Unfortunately Beautyrest says I must go through Sears. Sears has the worst customer service I have ever come across. Do not buy this bed and do not buy any bed through sears!
