2nd one is junk; 1st one already replaced under warranty

We originally purchased this mattress in December, 2016. The top and side layers broke down in the spots where we sleep within 9 months and our backs were sore from sleeping on it. It was replaced under warranty in September, 2107. We have been sleeping on the 2nd one for approximately 9 months and are in process of filing another warranty claim. Seems to be the same problem approximately anyway. This time, it's noticeably sagging on top and bulging out on the side. Very disappointed! These are expensive!!!

So funny you are saying that about the sagging on the sides. I was just at Mattress Firm looking at this mattress and noticed in the store the same thing, the sides were sagging. When I asked my salesman about it he said he will call to inquire why that is happening. He said he will call his manager and did. He explained to his manager I was asking why this was happening and he put me on speaker phone to hear the manager say "the only time this would happen is if it was stored on its side for a longer period of time in the heat. Since I am in Fl. thought, oh maybe. But now that I am reading this I will stand clear of this model. Sorry to hear you are going through this.
