Obvious dent

I feel like there is a deep dent and tend to wake up within the 1st hour of sleep. It seems to aggravate pressure points leaving me tossing and turning all night. I've brought some friends over to observe the dent while I lay on my bed and they fully agree. We then went back to the store so they could observe me laying on the show room bed. I do sink a little on theirs but not nearly as deep. I'm really nervous about this mattress as my 90 day trial is almost up. Could it be I got a dud? I think I gave it a really good try but truly not the mattress of my dreams.
