I was told elite spa was the top of the line when I bought it. I've had it for less than 4 years and the little support it had is gone. I fall asleep and it feels as if a threw a cheap comforter on concrete floor and lied in it. I've tried toppers and they've helped but get warm during the night. When I had the topper I'd sleep through the night only if he room was cool enough. Without the topper I don't get hot at all, but wake up with shoulder pain, and lower back pain. My daughter has an $89 mattress from Amazon and I sleep way better there!!! The mattress is heavy and appears well made, but on a comfort scale id say it's about a 1.

Beauty rest elite mattress brand new and I can't sleep on it because I wake up with sore shoulders and back, I wake up several times during the night in pain, I was told this was one of the best ....called customer service and was treated very badly, enough to say, forget it and suck it up...NoT Happy
